Universal Testing Machine 100kN Servo Fully Automatic
Universal Testing Machine 100kN is used for measurement & test of mechanical properties & analytical study of metal, non-metal & composite material, such as aviation, petrochemical, machinery manufacture, wire, cable, textile, fiber, plastic, rubber, ceramic, food, medicine packaging, aluminum plastic tube, plastic door & window, geo-textile, film, wood, paper, metal material & manufacture industry, etc.
It can record the max. test force, fracture value, yield value, max. compression value automatically. It can also calculate the fracture extension & all kinds of strength values manually. The RA232 connector can have the function of communicating with the computer to do the data work. It is an essential equipment for manufacture, construction unit, product quality supervision & inspection bureau & building material test department. It also could be used in the university for teaching purposes.
TT Servotec Fully Automatic Universal Testing Machine out tester adopts DC speed regulating servomotor & reduction gears as the power source. Its real-time displays test data & test status with an LCD module. A professionally designed servo control system realizes the PWM pulse width modulation control mode. It comes up with test speed closed-loop control mode. It is controlled by a single chip automatically control.

Test Procedure of Universal Testing Machine 100kN Servo Fully Automatic
1. Preparation: Ensure the UTM is properly installed, calibrated, and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions. Verify that all safety precautions are in place and the testing area is clear of obstructions.
2. Sample Preparation: Prepare the test specimen according to the relevant standards or testing requirements. Make sure the specimen is clean, free from defects, and properly aligned with the testing grips or fixtures.
3. Setting Up the Test Parameters: Input the test parameters into the UTM's control interface, including the test type (tensile, compression, bending, etc.), testing speed, load or displacement control, and any other relevant parameters specific to the test.
4. Loading the Specimen: Place the prepared specimen securely between the grips or fixtures of the UTM. Ensure proper alignment and gripping to prevent any unwanted forces or stresses.
5. Initiating the Test: Start the test using the control interface of the UTM. Monitor the test progress closely, observing any abnormal behavior or issues.
6. Data Collection: Throughout the test, the UTM will record data such as load, displacement, and time. Ensure the data collection system is functioning correctly and the recorded data is accurate.
7. Analysis and Interpretation: Once the test is completed, analyze the collected data to determine the material's mechanical properties or any other relevant parameters. Calculate properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, modulus of elasticity, etc., based on the test results.
8. Reporting: Document the test results, including all relevant parameters, observations, and any deviations from expected behavior. Prepare a comprehensive test report, including graphs, tables, and any necessary interpretations.
9. Post-Test Procedures: After the test is complete, safely remove the specimen from the UTM. Shut down the UTM following the manufacturer's guidelines. Clean and maintain the UTM as necessary for future use.
10. Quality Assurance: Regularly calibrate and maintain the UTM to ensure accuracy and reliability. Follow any quality assurance procedures mandated by regulatory standards or internal protocols.
