Cold Bend / Rebend Test
Used for bending & re-bending reinforced steel bar, the machine is mainly composed of transmission parts, racks, table & screw adjustment device, equipped with protective enclosures. Supplied with Removal Tool and tool kit set.
The machine can perform two types of test:
- Bending the specimen through 180° with mandrels up to maximum 350 mm are included.
- Perform a rebend of at least 20° on the test specimen.

Features of Cold Bend Testing Machine
- 180° and 90° Bending Test: bending the specimen through 180° with mandrels up to a certain diameter, and bending the specimen through 90° followed by straightening it again up to a minimum angle with mandrels over a certain diameter.
- Accurate Force Measurement: The machine applies a controlled force to bend the specimen at specified angles and rates.
